Notice on Passengers’ Boarding the Flights to China with Negative Certificate of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Test (as of October 20)

In order to ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border spread of the epidemic, and in accordance with the relevant announcements issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the General Administration of Customs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China on July 20 and the requirements of the Chinese embassies in relevant countries, the Chinese and foreign passengers who take the following flights of China Southern Airlines to China (including those transiting from such countries to China) must hold their own negative certificates of COVID-19 nucleic acid test to board the flights to China.

Passengers must complete the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test at a testing agency designated or approved by the Chinese embassy or consulate at the place of departure 3 days before boarding (passengers departing or transiting from the Philippines or Indonesia must go to a testing agency designated by China Southern Airlines or participate in a nucleic acid test designated by China Southern Airlines), and with the negative test certificate, apply for the green health code with the "HS" mark or the statement of health status. China Southern Airlines will check it before the passengers board the plane (Chinese and foreign passengers who take direct flights to China from the UK, France, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Cambodia can board the plane directly with the negative report of the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test).
