How to Register:
Prior to June 30, 2020, Sky Pearl Club Gold and Silver Card members can register here to join the Extended Membership Retention Policy for Year 2020. After registration, you will retain your Elite status until February 28, 2021.

· Due to logistical security concerns during the current Novel Coronavirus epidemic, China Southern Airlines will suspend the mail service of physical membership cards. We will offer our full Sky Pearl Club FFP services on your electronic membership card shown on your China Southern Airlines mobile app. To apply for a physical membership card, please e-mail us at: skypearl@csair.com. We will reply within seven working days and mail your card to you after the epidemic has passed. Thank you for your understanding!
· For a smooth travel experience, when you register for the Extended Elite Membership Retention Policy for Year 2020, we will automatically sign you up for the Preferential Elite Membership Retention Policy for Year 2021.

How to register:
Before June 30, 2020, Gold and Silver Card members can register here to join the Preferential Membership Retention Policy for Year 2021. After registration, you can retain your Elite status when you earn the required number of Elite Qualifying Miles or Elite Qualifying Segments listed below between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.

Base Card members with mileage expiring between February 2020 and June 2020.
How to register:
Before the mileage expires, Base Card members can register here to join the Complimentary Sky Pearl Mileage Extension Plan from February through June 2020. After registration, the unused expiring mileage will be extended - at no charge - for 12 months from the expiration date.
China Southern Airlines will extend the validity of your mileage before the 10th day of the following month after your registration.
Mileage expired before the registration of the Mileage Extension Plan may not be extended.
Example: A Base Card member has 4,000 expiring miles between March and June 2020, 1,000 expiring miles for each month. When the member registers for the Mileage Extension Plan in March 2020, the expiring 1,000 miles for each month will be extended for 12 additional months from the expiration date. The 1,000 miles - which are set to expire at the end of March 2020 - will be extended before April 10, 2020.
