1. If you take a flight of China Southern Airlines as their first flight, China Southern Airlines or its authorized agent will inform you of the closing time for boarding.

2. You should inquire about the closing time of any subsequent flight by yourself. For the sake of smooth and pleasant travel, you should prepare sufficient time for related procedures.

3. If you fail to complete the procedures before the closing time, China Southern Airlines has the right to cancel your seats. The closing time varies according to different airports, and you are advised to find out and to comply with the closing time of each airport. 

The letter "e" beside flight number means that E-ticket can be used in the flight. 

Departure time refers to the time that the aircraft starts moving and leaves the airport. At the time, the aircraft will head for the runway and be ready to take off. The departure time will be displayed on your ticket that you purchase or book, and the departure schedule display at the airport. 

Arrival time refers to the time that the aircraft arrives at the destination airport and stops moving. The arrival time of your flight will be displayed on the travel notes after you purchase the ticket.

1. Have a clear knowledge of the check-in deadline, and enter into relevant pages according to the following titles: Home﹥Travel Guide﹥Airport Service﹥Airport Information﹥Check-in Time;

2. Be aware of the boarding time on your boarding pass;

3. Keep an eye on the deadline for boarding on the webpage if you check in on the website of China Southern Airlines;

4. Pay attention to any notice related to your flight that you see or hear at the airport. 

You can refund your ticket according to provisions for voluntary refund if you miss the flight due to your own fault.  If it is caused by China Southern Airlines, China Southern Airlines will help you take a subsequent flight. If you require a ticket refund, it can be satisfied according to provisions of involuntary refund.
