The published fares and service conditions are applicable to passenger tickets sold since 00:00 on October 17th, 2016 for the travel starting from 00:00 on October 17th, 2016.

E-ticket, or electronic ticket, is a form of passenger ticket sold by carrier or carrier’s agency. It is the priced certificate for passengers to travel and receive relevant service in the form of electronic data, but not the printed paper.
At present, all airlines in the world that provide online ticket purchase service limit the number of people for each booking. In this way, we not only control seat booking, but also reduce risks that might arise in the booking process. Thus, an individual passenger can book E-ticket for nine passengers at most. Group Passengers refer to ten or more than ten passengers (some China Southern Airlines products have other minimum number of passengers in the group) who have the same air range, flight date, flight and cabin class and who pay for the tickets with the same group ticket price. 1. Collect it at China Southern Airlines e-commerce counter in the airport;
2. Register the postal address at online customer service of China Southern Airlines Portal and post the travel itinerary (available for domestic ticket for now); free of postal fee for snail mail; charged for express delivery.
