The self-service check-in kiosks provided by CZ are designed to allow passengers to conveniently check in by themselves at the airport. It is a new way to check in which is different from the traditional counter check-in method. Passengers using these check-in kiosks do not need to wait at the check-in counter for airport staff to print their boarding pass and allocate them a seat. Instead, passengers can obtain boarding information from the check-in kiosk using a special boarding certificate. They can also select a seat, confirm their information, and collect their boarding pass.

You may follow the four steps below to check in online for your CSN flights after 14:00 one day before your scheduled departure:

The first step: Please scan or input your document NO.

The second step: Please confirm your flight information

The third step: Please choose your seat

The fourth step: Print your boarding pass

 

Gentle Reminder:

No form of electronic check-in (including online, or self-service check-in) can currently be used by passengers who require special assistance or those who need to provide further evidence of their right to board. This includes passengers who are VIPs, injured or sick, disabled, handicapped veterans or police officers, pregnant, unaccompanied elders or children, and those who require special on-board meals. These passengers must take the valid ID that they used when purchasing their ticket along with any other supporting documentation to a China Southern Airlines check-in counter to check in.
