Located in the north of Guangzhou and at the junction of Renhe Town, Baiyun District and Huadong Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is approximately 28km away from Haizhu Square in downtown Guangzhou. It is China's first super-large airline hub developed and designed following international airline hub standards.
(1) CSAIR premium check-in area:
CSAIR domestic premium check-in counters are located in the J area of Terminal 2, providing services to first-class passengers, business-class passengers, and Sky Pearl Platinum, Gold, and Silver card member passengers.

CSAIR international/regional premium check-in counters are located in the K area of Terminal 2, providing services to first-class passengers, business-class passengers, and Sky Pearl Platinum, Gold, and Silver card member passengers.

(2) Domestic check-in area:
Domestic economy class check-in counters are located in the E and F areas of Terminal 2, including economy class check-in counter, special passenger service counter, connecting flight service counter, second excess baggage check-in counter, and excess baggage counter. The special passenger service counter is located at E20-23, the military priority/fire and rescue personnel priority counter at F06, and the connecting flight service counter at E24.
The domestic check-in upgrade area is located in the F area of Terminal 2.

(3) International check-in area:
The international economy class check-in counter is located in the P area of Terminal 2, including economy class check-in counters, special passenger service counters, second excess baggage check-in counters, and excess baggage counters. The special passenger service counters are located at P20/21/32.

(1) Domestic check-in area: Self-service devices are available at domestic check-in areas D, E, F, G, H, and J of Terminal 2.
(2) International check-in area: Self-service devices are available at international check-in areas P, N, and L of Terminal 2.
Friendly Tips:
a. Carrying excess baggage (with dimensions over 20×40×55 cm or weight over 8 kg) on domestic flights is not allowed as carry-on baggage through security checks. (specific regulations may vary among airlines)
b. The second checked baggage check-in counter may be subject to on-site adjustments and changes.

International flights: Check-in closes 45 minutes before the flight departure.

The self-service baggage check-in apparatus is located in the check-in area on Level 3 of Terminal 2: Area H (domestic) (CSAIR procedures used) and Area L (international) (airport-designated procedures used). The specific process for self-service baggage check-in is as follows:
Scan identification at self-service check-in equipment to confirm flight information → Select baggage check-in and print baggage tag → Attach the baggage tag securely to the baggage handle → Walk to the baggage check-in apparatus → Scan identification to confirm flight information → Place the luggage flat on the conveyor belt with the handle facing outward → Weigh the baggage (weight limit: 2 - 40KG, dimensions: 40*60*100cm) → Print baggage claim receipt after successful baggage check-in.

Terminal 2 Plan
Drop-off point: Curbside Platform, Terminal 2 Domestic Departure Level.
Pick-up point: Bus stops are available on both the east and the west sides of Level 1 of the GTC. Long-distance buses and buses to downtown are available on the west side, and tour buses and buses specially offered in the case of a flight delay are available on the east side.
Terminal 2 taxi pick-up point: Gate 50 (domestic), Gate 52 (international).
The metro station "Airport N. Station" is located on Level B1 of the west side of Terminal 2 GTC hall, with one exit in both the GTC and the Terminal.
There is no designated car waiting area in the arrival area of Terminal 2. Private cars and other general vehicles to pick up passengers at Terminal 2 need to park in lots P6, P7, and P8. Upon arrival, passengers can go through the GTC to access the parking lots.
Inter-terminal shuttle bus (Airport Express)
Pick-up point: Gate 10 of Terminal 1, Gate 42 of Terminal 2, in a looped operation.
Peak hours (06:00 to 08:00 and 15:00 to 18:00): every 5 minutes;
Off-peak hours (08:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00): every 10 minutes;
Late-night service (23:00 to 06:00): every 15 minutes.
Metro
Passengers can take the metro free between Airport S. Station (Terminal 1) and Airport N. Station (Terminal 2) during operating hours.
There are three parking lots, i.e., P6 (East Parking Lot), P7 (West Parking Lot), and P8 (A and B Parking Garages), with 5,127 parking spaces in total in Baiyun International Airport Terminal 2. The parking garages are located to the south of the main building of Terminal 2, two underground and three aboveground.
The parking fees of Terminal 2 are consistent with those of Terminal 1, with the first 15 minutes free in both the outdoor parking lot and the parking garages. Free parking is offered only twice within 24 hours, specifically:

Example: 3-hour parking charges: RMB 10+RMB 10 + RMB 5 = RMB 25, and 24-hour parking charges: RMB 10×2 + RMB 5×8 = RMB 60. Two-day parking charges: RMB 60 + RMB 60 = RMB 120.
Terminal 2 has four floors in total.
Level 1 is the passenger baggage claim area, with a total of 21 baggage carousels (31-51), including 11 domestic passengers (31-41) and 10 international passengers (42-51).
Level 2 is for domestic departures/arrivals, international arrivals, and transfers. West 5, West 6, West Corridor, and North Airside Concourse are the domestic departures/arrivals. East 5, East 6, and East Corridor are for international arrivals and the East 6 end is for the passenger lounge for international departures. The "cross" aisle in the middle serves both as passenger arrivals and transfers.
Outside the isolation area on Level 3 is for domestic and international check-in. East 5, East 6, and East Connecting Corridor are for international departures, while the North Airside Concourse is for international arrivals.
The North Airside Concourse on Level 4 is for international departures, and the East 6 Airside Concourse is for domestic departures/arrivals, with first-class and business-class lounges and airport hourly hotels.
