I. "Through Ticket" Service Proposal

(a) Suitable flights and targets

1. The service Applicable only to the flights carried by China Southern Airlines, departing from China to Sydney, Melbourne, Moscow, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh, Osaka, HanoiTaipei, Phuket, Bangkok, Dubai, Bali,Jakarta, Yangon, Seoul,Tokyo and transiting in Shenzhen/ or departing from Sydney, Melbourne, Moscow, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh, Osaka, Hanoi,Taipei, Phuket, Bangkok, Dubai, Bali,Jakarta, Yangon, Seoul,Tokyo to China and transiting in Shenzhen. Other international flights are not applicable.

2. For passengers boarding with the through ticket, the interval between the inbound flight's scheduled arrival time and the continuing flight's scheduled departure time may not exceed 24 hours.

(b) Service items

For passengers in accordance with the above conditions, a "through ticket" service can be provided, namely the transport of checked luggage directly to the destination and the provision for passengers of a boarding pass for the destination flight. At the same time, an unattended service can be carried out for transferring luggage.

(c) Minimum connection time for boarding with the "through ticket" service

Note If the connection time is lower than in this table, there will be no guarantee for a "through ticket" service.

II. Shenzhen Transfer Service Process

(a) Domestic to international transfer process.

1. Transfer process for domestic passengers transferring to international flights via Shenzhen (through ticket)

Upon arrival, domestic passengers enter the international joint inspection zone on the third floor as guided by service personnel, and then wait for flight at the international departure hall after passing inspection.Flow chart (through ticket):

2. Transfer process for domestic passengers transferring to other international flights via Shenzhen (no through ticket)

After arrival, passengers will collect their checked luggage from luggage claim for domestic flights and, after heading to the international check-in counter on island D and checking in, they will enter the combined inspection zone on Level 3. After inspection, they will head to the international departure lounge and await boarding. Flow chart (no through ticket):

(b) International to domestic transfer process

1. Transfer process for International passengers transferring to domestic flights via Shenzhen (through ticket)

After arrival, passengers from Sydney will be led to immigration inspection by transfer service personnel and head to the waiting area to await checked luggage inspection. After inspection is completed, transfer service personnel will guide passengers towards the customs inspection counter to have their boarding passes scanned. After it is confirmed that the checked luggage does not need to be opened for inspection, the luggage can be transferred unattended. Then, passengers will travel through the dedicated international transfer thoroughfare to the international transfer terminal where, after the security check, they will enter the domestic departure lounge to await boarding. 2. Transfer process for other international passengers transferring to domestic flights via Shenzhen (no through ticket)

After arrival, international passengers will go through quarantine and immigration inspection and then head towards the international luggage claim to collect their checked luggage. Then, they will head towards and go through customs inspection. After inspection, they will take the escalator to the domestic departure terminal of island A/B to check in, after which they will go through the security check and enter the domestic departure lounge to await boarding. (c) International to international transfer process

1. Transfer process for international passengers transferring to international flights via Shenzhen

After arrival, international passengers holding valid visas will go through immigration inspection, after which they will head to the international luggage claim to collect their checked luggage and then go through customs inspection. Then, they will take the elevator to Level 4 departure terminal and check in at the check-in counter on island D, after which they will enter the international combined inspection zone on Level 3. After going through inspection, they will head towards the international departure lounge and await boarding. Flow chart:

Notice: As Shenzhen airport does not currently implement all visa exemption policies including 24-hour visa-free entry, all foreign nationals (excluding those from visa-exempt countries) must apply for a Chinese visa in advance if their flight transits in Shenzhen according to the Sixth Freedom Right, or if they enter China via a visa-free airport but their journey contains a domestic trip to Shenzhen.
