Payment with Online Bank
To pay online, you need to have a bank card that has been activated for use with online banking services. When paying for a ticket, the booking webpage will switch to an online banking page that directs you to input the required information to complete the payment. Online payment is currently available with Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Guangdong Development Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, and China Citic Bank.
Payment Platform
The China Southern Airlines website allows payment via credit cards through platforms such as UnionPay, PayPal, TenPay, China PNR, and YeePay. Online banking services for cards are not required for this payment method as payment can be completed by using the information on the bank card and a phone verification code or a platform account number and passcode.
Phone payment via UnionPay
Payment via UnionPay is a safe and easy method of making phone payments. You do not have to activate an online banking service for this as you can simply enter your bank card information and mobile phone number to receive a UnionPay automated call from “02096585”. This call uses voice prompts to guide you through completing the payment by keying in the PIN for your bank card.
Payment via ICPAY
The official English website of China Southern Airlines and all of its overseas websites allow you to make payments using various international means of payment. Supported payment types include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, as well as other international cards issued both within or outside of China.

1. To ensure the safety of your card payment, we may ask you to verify your card and identity. If you receive a call or email from one of our customer service agents informing you that you need to verify your card and identity, please cooperate. Failure to do so will result in you being rejected for boarding.
2. China Southern Airlines will not charge any fees for processing payments or converting exchange rates, however your card issuer may charge fees for cross-border transactions. The total amount you actually pay will be calculated as per the exchange rate rules of your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
3. To provide safe online transactions, this website uses 3D Secure for payments via Visa or Mastercard. It is therefore recommended that you activate the 3D Secure service for your card. Failure to do this may result in your transaction being declined for not having this service enabled. Please contact your card issuer for instructions on how to enable this service.
