Check-in and Boarding Guide
Check-in counter locations
China Southern Airlines check-in counters at Incheon International Airport are located at Terminal 1, J1-J18 with 18 manned counters in total. Passengers can enter from Floor 3 of the departures hall in Terminal 1, through gates 9 or 10. Go to counter J18 for the duty manager, J16-J17 if you have no baggage to check in, and J14-J15 for business and first class. Counters J1-J10 may be used by other airlines if flight schedules demand it.
Note: For codeshare flights, please check-in at the counter of the actual flight carrier. From January 18, 2018, Korean Air will be located at Terminal 2.
Self check-in counters
There are six self check-in kiosks located in front of counters J1-J18, four in front of counters J9-J36, All can be used to check-in for China Southern Airlines' flights.
China Southern boarding gates are usually Gates 101-115 at Concourse A (Ca) (this could change for a variety of reasons; please refer to airport announcements on that day). After going through security, take the elevator in front of Gate 28 down to underground floor 2 to board the shuttle train. Exit the train at Concourse A and go up to floor 3 to arrive at the boarding gates.
China Southern Airlines VIP Lounge
China Southern Airlines uses the KAL Lounge at Incheon International Airport, located at Concourse A (Ca), 4th Floor, near Gate 115.
Excess baggage fee counter location
Terminal 1, in front of aisle F.
Check-in and boarding cutoff times
Check-in counters: 80 minutes before the estimated departure time of the flight.
Boarding gates: 20 minutes before the estimated departure time of the flight.
