I. Conditions for China Southern Airlines Seat Reservation
1. Seat reservation is limited to passengers who have purchased CSAir e-tickets.
2. Adults and children can pay to reserve seats for any fare basis. Seats cannot be reserved for infants.
3. Seat reservation is currently available for all flights departing from Chinese cities, including international flights.
4. According to the relevant company regulations, some special flights may not allow seat reservation. Please go directly to a CSAir check-in counter at the airport to reserve your seat.
5. If you have already reserved your seat, please log in to CSAir Online Check-in at http://airport.csair.com/webcki/login/login.air one day prior to departure to complete check-in procedures, or check in at a CSAir counter at the airport at least one hour prior to departure.
6. If you encounter any special circumstances such as cancellation, merges, or aircraft or seat layout changes, the seats you have reserved may change. Please follow staff instructions after arriving at the airport.
7. Only seats marked "Available" in the seating plan can be selected. "Occupied" and "Locked" seats cannot be selected.

II. How to Use Seat Reservation
Please carefully read the Provisions of China Southern Airlines Online Seat Reservation before you log in. For questions, please contact China Southern Airlines E-commerce at 020-95539.
1. How to access
There are three ways to access the Seat Reservation page:
1) Click the Reserve button on the successful ticket purchase page.
2) On the order management page, select the order number for which you wish to reserve a seat, and then click Reserve.
3) On the seat reservation login page, select a login method, and fill in and submit the information.
2. Select flight
On this page, select the flight you wish to reserve a seat for.
3. Select passenger
On this page, select a passenger to reserve a seat for, and then click Reserve Online.
4. Select seat
Select your preferred seat from the seating plan, and then click Confirm.
5. Reservation successful
This page displays the passenger's reserved seat number.
III. Cancel Reservation
If you need to cancel the reserved seat, please first follow steps 1 and 2 in How to Use Seat Reservation. Select the order and flight segment, and then select the passenger you want to cancel the seat for and click Cancel. If successful, the "Reserved Seat No." of the corresponding passenger will be marked "N/A".
IV. Change Reservation
First follow the process for canceling a reservation and cancel all reserved seats. Then, follow the steps in How to Use Seat Reservation to reselect your seats.
V. Check-in
After you complete the seat reservation, you still need to complete the check-in process before you can board. You can log in to China Southern Airlines online check-in at http://airport.csair.com/webcki/login/login.air from 2pm one day prior to departure to check-in online, or check-in at the airport.
After checking in, if a flight change or other special situation occurs, the information on your boarding pass (boarding gate, seat number, etc.) may change. Please cooperate with the arrangements made by airport staff.
