Notes on rules for ticket refund, change and endorsement and child/infant tickets:
1.Change on fight/date for F/A/P/C/D/W/Y/T/K/H class ticket and child tickets charged at the rate of F/A/C/W/Y class tickets: free of charge before the scheduled flight departure time (inclusive) if the class is not changed; after the scheduled flight departure time, a change fee of 5% of the published fare will be charged each time you change your fight/date without change on the class. For fight/date change on preferential tickets for infants charged at the rate of F/A/C/W/Y class tickets, no change fee will be charged if you do not change the class.
2.Refund of F/A/C class tickets and child tickets charged at the rate of F/A/C class tickets: before the scheduled flight departure time (inclusive), no refund fee will be charged; after the scheduled flight departure time, a refund fee of 10% of the published fare will be charged. For refund of tickets for infants charged at the rate of F/A/C class tickets, no refund fee will be charged. Refund of P/D/W/Y/T/K/H class tickets and child tickets charged at the rate of W/Y class tickets: a refund fee of 5% of the published fare will be charged when the ticket is refunded before the scheduled flight departure time (inclusive), while a refund fee of 10% of the published fare will be charged after the scheduled flight departure time. For refund of tickets for infants charged at the rate of W/Y class tickets, no refund fee will be charged.
3. Tickets for children should be 50% of the F/A/C/W/Y class adult fares, and you also can choose the same adult fares; tickets for infants should be 10% of the F/A/C/W/Y class adult fares.
4.For other aspects not specified above, the new version of General Conditions of Domestic Passenger and Baggage Transportation of China Southern Airlines and relevant rules will apply.
