1.What are the reasons for the failure of check-in online or by SMS?
The possible reasons are listed as below:

1.Network is busy;

2.Your flight does not support online/SMS check-in or is not at the time of check-in;

3.Change of airplane types intermits the check-in.

2.What documents do I need to prepare before check-in?
Please take along your valid certificate for check-in.

Please get the passport, visa and travel documents etc. ready before the travel and departure. Mainland travelers with Chinese nationality who are going to Taiwan should present EXIT & ENTRY PERMIT FOR TRAVELING TO AND FROM TAIWAN and EXIT & ENTRY PERMIT for Taiwan. Passport, visa and travel documents are not allowed to be put in the registered baggage, and they should be brought with passengers. CZ will not be responsible for the loss caused by the lack of travel documents.

Passengers in need of special services should bring along related certifications and applications.
3.How to get boarding pass and checked baggage?
The boarding pass can be transacted at the airport or koisk, website and so on; for checked baggage; passengers should arrive at the manual counter for check-in before the deadline. However, stipulations may differ in various regions, please consult the local departure airport for details.

Passengers with paper tickets, please go to the airport service counter.
4.What is check-in?
After successfully reserved ticket, passengers should check in at the departure hall of airport with valid certificate and get boarding pass to confirm your seat. Passenger can also check in through kiosk, our website and SMS.
5.How to deal with the unprinted or lost boarding pass?
Please go to the airport service counter or duty-counter to inquire for the situation and apply for a new boarding pass. Passengers who use SMS can print the boarding pass by koisk at the airport himself/herself with received two-dimension code or second-generation ID card.
6.What is self-service check-in?
Transact boarding pass by koisk at the airport, website, SMS and other ways with valid E-ticket.
7.What are the advantages of self-service check-in?
Offer personalized service and reduce the time of queueing at the airport.
8.When should I arrive at the airport to check in?
Different airlines and airports have different schedules. Generally speaking, passengers should check in 30 minutes before departure. While in part of the airports, it is about 45 minutes or one hour before departure. We suggest that you should consult related information before a trip and leave enough time for check-in. If you still have questions, please consult the departure airport.
9.Which kind of passengers can not check in online?
Passengers who need special services or need to be verified with additional certification, such as child(We provide child check-in service on our domestic and international flights departing from Guangzhou.), infant, important passenger, disabled revolutionary serviceman, policeman, pregnant, elder without companion, passenger applied for special food, the blind, deaf and dumb person, the passenger in need of stretcher or wheel chair, ill passenger, psychopath and prisoner can not apply for check-in online at this moment.

10.Can I print my boarding pass repeatedly?
Yes, but only one copy is valid.
11.What do I need to do with the self-printed boarding pass at the airport?
In case you do not need to check in baggage, you only need to bring along your valid certificate and printed boarding pass to pass the security check; otherwise, you need to check in baggage at the baggage check-in counter.
