1.Is there a time limitation for getting my boarding pass?
Different flight courses and airports have different time requirements to stop the check-in. Generally, the time limitation is 30 minutes before the departure, but in some airports it is 45 minutes or even 1 hour before the departure. So we suggest you check relevant information before travel, leave enough time for check-in. Please consult local airport for any questions.
2.Can I go through the boarding procedure of my flight in the daytime which is leaving in the midnight?
Yes, you can.For specific times, please refer to the opening hours of the check-in counters at the local airport.
3.Do I need to provide the detailed information of the infant who travels with me when I go through the procedure of check-in at the counter?
Yes. You need to carry the birth certificate or household register of the infant and provide us the detailed authentic information of the infant.
