SMS Check-in

SMS Check-in is a way that allows passengers to go through their check-in procedures by sending and receiving short messages (nationwide uniform hotline: 95539). At present, the first phase of SMS Check-in is only available for individual adult passengers with domestic non-stop and non-code-sharing flight.

• SMS check-in is available in cities and areas like Beijing, Changchun, Changsha, Chengdu, Dalian, Guangzhou, Guilin, Guiyang, Harbin, Haikou, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Nanjing, Nanning, Qingdao, Sanya, Shanghai Hongqiao, Shanghai Pudong, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Urumqi, Wuhan, Xi'an, Xiamen, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Zhuhai and so on.


• Except for the international and regional routes, others are the same as online check-in.

The SMS Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day before departure day to one hour before departure. And it is available from 14:00 on the day which two days before departure day to one hour before departure in airports of Changchun and Wuhan. For more details, please visit our website.

1. Send "ZJ" or "?" to 95539, then operate as specified in SMS step by step.
2. You will receive a confirmation short message about flight and seat later.
3. With the valid documents, you can get your formal boarding pass at the counter before departure.
